    If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
    
    5. Web Analytics: Google Analytics
    
    This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics serves the statistical evaluation of website usage in order to improve our offering.
    
    Consent as the Legal Basis:
    Google Analytics is used exclusively on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). The tool is loaded only after you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. Without your consent, Google Analytics collects no data and sets no corresponding cookies.
    
    Withdrawal:
    You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, you can call up your selection again and change it. If you decline or withdraw, the cookies set by Google Analytics will be deleted. Your decision is stored for up to 12 months; after that, we ask for your consent again. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected.
    
    Data Processed:
    Within the scope of Google Analytics, the following data may be processed, among others: pages visited and interactions, the date and time of the visit, device and browser information, approximate location (at city level), and a pseudonymous user identifier. In Google Analytics 4, the IP address is used only briefly to determine the approximate location and is not stored permanently.
    
    Cookies:
    Once consent has been given, Google Analytics sets cookies, in particular _ga and _ga_4G474J46ZN, with a lifetime of up to two years, in order to distinguish returning visitors.
    
    Data Transfer to the USA:
    In this process, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For transfers to certified US companies, an adequate level of data protection exists on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023.
    
    Storage Period at Google:
    The event data linked to cookies or user identifiers is deleted after 2 months, and the user-related data after 14 months; data on age, gender, and interests is always deleted after 2 months. Aggregated standard reports are not affected by this.
    
    Data Processing Agreement:
    A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Google.
